After the success of the ANBC National Results Feed for the last two years from Burnie in 2009 and Rockhampton in 2010 we are back again in 2011 to bring you all the results direct from Canberra!

On this site we have provided the following on the National 2011 weekend (28th & 29th of May):

  • Class by class results as the judging is completed for each class - both Saturday & Sunday.
  • Summary of Judges comments for each class throughout the day
  • Photos of the winning birds throughout the judging
  • At the completion of judging on both the Saturday and Sunday the daily score sheets
  • At the completion of judging on the Sunday the full "National Show Results Booklet" in PDF format.

    Whilst we would love to be there in Canberra, today in Perth the weather is a sunny and warm 24 degrees. Tomorrow 25 degrees.

    Well done to to true Legends of the fancy Cecil and Brenda Gearing on their National winning Albino. Also, to Gary and Dolores Armstong or their fine 2nd place with a Light Green.

    lovely birds as in past years some great competition going on between the states - great to see some of the oldies still producing the goods and allot of new names up their also the future looks bood for the aussie budgerigar, great to see Ron Blizzards normal Green a magnifince Budgerigar,

    Cec and Brenda, Congratulations for the first place you received for your stormer of a hen. She cleaned up at every major show in Western Australia this year and to top it off, beating every hen in Australia. She was one of the best looking hens with marvelous show cage ability I have ever come across to judge in our state, from a youngster to what age she is now. Obviously the National Judges thought the same for this year as well.

     Further more Cec and Brenda, you have had a very good result with all your birds this year that made it to the nationals. Well done!
